At DieselPerez.com, we value our advertisers and are committed to providing quality exposure for your brand. Advertisement Tier #2 is billed on a monthly basis at $50 per month, and all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. This includes partial use of the service or unused advertising time within that cycle. Advertisers may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical errors on DieselPerez.com’s part that prevented your advertisement from displaying during the paid period. 

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within seven (7) business days of the issue by emailing:  mieko@cacorpattysvc.com

with your full name, account email, payment receipt or transaction ID, and a description of the problem. 

Our team will review and respond to all refund requests within ten (10) business days.
